The Lazarus Foundation operates independently of the Lazarus Group of Companies. It seeks to implement philanthrocapitalist projects with which the Lazarus Group of Companies agrees – projects which enhance the areas and people which are affected by Lazarus’ work.

Lazarus’ 2 key projects are the Lazarus Lake Volta Project, which seeks to assist with the education of child fishermen and lobby the Ghanaian Government for a cessation of child slavery in the Lake Volta area, and the Lazarus “Let there be Light” project which uses Lazarus solar cells and batteries to provide solar electricity to remote villages in developing lands where Lazarus operates.
